Snow Sport University Children's Programs
Snow Sport University (SSU) award-winning programs are designed to help you maximize both the exhilaration and satisfaction with your on-mountain explorations. Your kids, ages 3-15, will develop confidence and self-esteem and have lots of fun under the watchful eyes of caring, trained professionals. They'll be grouped by age and ability in full-day ski or snowboard camps (that include lunch) and learn, or improve, without even knowing that's the plan! SSU also offers 2-hour group lessons for ages 6-17, as well as private instruction for all ages.
Little snowboarders have fun learning in our Riglet Park, a terrain park specially sized for children ages 3-5 with a tree house and features like rollers, rainbox boxes and more. Night Schools for Snowboarding and Jibbing offer children and adults the opportunity to practice their skills under the lights on our learning hill. New for Winter 2012/2013, teens levels 5-9 can explore the mountain on skis or snowboard with a guide in the morning, then choose an afternoon adventure such as ice climbing, backcountry snowshoeing, or winter outdoor survival skills.
