Springfield Medical Care Systems Summer Music Series at Jackson Gore

Join us for the 2013 season of the Springfield Medical Care Systems Summer Music Series at Jackson Gore, a free concert series taking place every Friday night from June 14th through August 30th. Bring a blanket, enjoy dinner from the BBQ with cold beverages from Magic Hat, and take a ride on the Timber Ripper Mountain Coaster while enjoying great music in the great Vermont outdoors. Live music from 6-9 pm and get your Twilight Adventure Zone Wristband from 4-8 pm.

Okemo Bicycle Hill Climb

A challenging 5.8 mile uphill bike race to the top of Okemo Mountain along Route 103 and Mountain Road. The event is based at Jackson Gore Village. This is the fourth year for this event and it is affiliated with the Bike Up Mountain Points Series (BUMPS), a series of eleven uphill races held throughout New England. Through the bike climb, the Ludlow Rotary hopes to increase community awareness and support research for Multiple Sclerosis. More info at www.hillclimbseries.com.

Red, White & Blues Festival

Okemo Mountain Resort celebrates Independence Day with an all-American concert featuring popular blues artists. Admission is free and music starts at 11:30am. The lawn in the courtyard at Okemo’s Jackson Gore Inn will be transformed into an outdoor concert venue for the day. Families are welcome, and all attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets. Okemo’s culinary staff will be serving frosty-cold beverages and fresh-from-the-grill burgers, hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches and more. Okemo Mountain Resort hosts a beer festival from 1 to 6 p.m., on Sat., August 24. Jackson Gore will be the setting for enjoying the great outdoors while sampling a variety of beers from local and regional brewers. Local artists will provide live musical accompaniment to the beer tasting and local restaurants will vie for the title of Okemo Valley Chicken Wing Champion. Okemo's 7th Annual Parrothead Party

Margaritiville has changed zip codes and is now located at Okemo Mountain Resort's Jackson Gore. That's right! Okemo Mountain Resort presents it's 7th Annual Parrothead Party at Jackson Gore on Saturday, October 12, 2013 with the sweet sounds of the Cocabanana Band.

There will be Booze in the blender, beer, wine and soft drinks to wash down the lip-smacking barbecue prepared by the Jackson Gore's Coleman Brook Tavern. Admission to the Parrothead Party is absolutely FREE! Every musical set is a party with beach balls, conga lines and leis galore. Hay rides will take place all afternoon.
