Northeast Slopes began operating in 1936. At that time it was groomed by a pair of Belgian horses and was the training grounds for the Dartmouth College Ski Team. Today, it boasts a 'modern' 1977 Thiokol groomer, but remains the oldest operating ski tow in the United States. Because Northeast Slopes is run wholly by volunteers, as a non-profit organization, it is able to offer truly affordable skiing and riding for everyone. Its varied terrain, including steep glades, bunny slope and a new terrain park, make skiing fun for the whole family.
Hours of Operation: Weekends, 10am - 4pm, Wednesdays, 1:30 - 4:30
