Beer Pairing Dinner Series
Fairways Restaurant at Mount Snow Golf Club hosts the popular Beer Pairing Dinner Series on the final Friday of every month. Each event features four gourmet food courses, which are carefully paired with beers from either a selected craft brewery or a specific type of beer (IPA’s, Belgian, etc.). Our executive chef, Michael Giorgio, conducts the evening. As your host, he introduces each course and describes what you will be eating and drinking, and why they chose to pair them together. Menus are determined based on what fresh produce, meat and other ingredients are available from our local suppliers and developed to best pair with the selected beers. $49pp. Reservations are required. 802.464.4299. Schedule: July 25, August 29, and September 26. More dates TBD.
