KILLINGTON RESORT INVITES SEASON PASS & EXPRESS CARD HOLDERS TO SKI OR RIDE SATURDAY, OCTOBER 13

KILLINGTON, Vt. (October 12, 2012) Killington Resort welcomes Season Pass and Express Card holders back to the slopes for an exclusive day of early season skiing and riding on Saturday, October 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our dedicated snowmakers were able to fire up the snowguns on Rime in the North Ridge area on Thursday, October 11 and will continue to make snow as well as expand the terrain as long as conditions permit.

Early season conditions exist, walking is required and rock skis are recommended. Skiing and riding will be on advanced terrain only on the un-groomed Rime trail, providing roughly 600 vertical feet of terrain. No beginner terrain will be available at this time. The K-1 Express Gondola will provide uploading and downloading, skiers and riders will use the Peak Walkway to access Rime and will return to the K-1 Express Gondola via a short walk on the Peak Walkway.
