The resort’s snowshoe summit dinner, held on Tuesday evenings throughout the winter, offers an unforgettable evening perfectly timed this season for Valentine’s Day. Last chair transports participants to the summit of Sterling mountain to enjoy a snowshoe around the summit and Sterling Pond, the state’s highest trout pond. Trekkers then warm up in the candlelit summit cabin with a delicious dinner prepared by the renowned Hearth & Candle restaurant.
