At Magic Mountain, we have some of the most challenging terrain in Vermont and an open boundary-to-boundary ski policy. But that does not mean we take safety lightly. With at least 90 acres of gladed skiing and riding, and plenty of adventure seekers looking to test their limits, we encourage our customers to always think safety-first. And that means when you go "off-piste", you take pre-cautions, no matter how good you think you are. Always bring a communications device. Always ski and ride with someone else. Always wear a helmet. Always tell someone when and where you are going--even if it is a "secret stash". Check in with ski patrollers for the latest on conditions. And of course, always be courteous to your fellow skiers and riders--that includes "no poaching" some else's line if they are there first! Magic wishes every one a safe ski adventure.
